Handmade, Wildcrafted and organically grown Flower Essences
Flower essences are subtle, plant-based infusions that support emotional balance and energetic well-being. Created by capturing the vibrational imprint of flowers in water, they are used to gently encourage harmony, clarity, and resilience in the body-mind connection.
Unlike herbal extracts or essential oils, flower essences work on an energetic level—supporting inner shifts in mood, focus, and personal growth. They are non-toxic, safe for all ages, and can be used as part of a daily wellness or self-care practice.
Growing a diverse and beautiful food forest with regenerative agriculture practices on Pine Island in Bokeelia, FL. is my devotion to Mother Earth, her creatures and my community.
It is the reciprocal relationship of feeding the plants, feeding the ponies and bunnies and feeding my body and soul that make this food forest so rewarding.
Fruit are gathered and sold seasonally and flower essences are made and sold online and at local events in Florida and Colorado..
I am grateful for my community of plants. They are my teachers. As I have learned through deep listening, observation, interaction and being open to their lessons my life has changed.
We know that plants grown and thrive in living soil. Regenerative agriculture practices is how we grow real food for health. We are stewardwards of this land, caring for the health of the planet and our community.
I am grateful to be able to support plants that grow food and medicine to nourishes our bodies and make flower essences that support our souls.
Thank you for supporting my practice in living a plant guided life.
Emy Maloutas has been working with plants for the last 26 years in a variety of capacities.
Initially studying Forestry and wildlife biology on the central coast of California she realized that she was not interested in how many board feet came out of a felled tree and saw more value in its continued existence as a tree. During this time she became a certified permaculture design in 1997 in Santa Cruz from the Institute of Ecological Agriculture. Transferring schools she pivoted her focus to Humanities with an emphasis in ecology, sustainability and culture for her final year of under graduate studies,. For her thesis she focused on managing an organic apple orchard with somewhat ferrel 100 year old trees. She was in spired by Masanobu Fukuoka "One Straw Revolution."" and his book "The Natural Way of Farming".
After graduating she moved to Steamboat Springs, CO and spent time in the Mount Zirkel and Flat Top wilderness areas. She worked for two local nonprofits, for Yampatika providing environmental educations as a nature guide and interpreter and for the Community Agriculture Alliance, interviewing local ranchers pulling together their experience and observational wisdom for a weekly almanac radio spots.
From 2002 to 2005 she studied landscape architecture completing her Masters degree with a year long thesis focused on addressing issues affecting the community and river of Elkhart City.
